Sound & Energy Healing.
Every living being has vibrational frequency and energy, including us. Our holistic wellness can be improved by incorporating sound and energy healing. Sound healing modalities that Lidia uses are Crystal bowls and indigenous instruments from Colombia, where Lidia is from. Lidia is also a certified Reiki Master and uses this ancient Japanese energy healing tradition to promote holistic health & healing.
Colon Hydrotherapy.
Lidia’s colon hydrotherapy sessions are unlike any other. Her knowledge, patience and healing hands ensure you have the best colonic experience.
